Battersea. London - Kitchen

The scope was to turn a 5 storey, 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 reception room into a family home with 5 bedrooms each with ensuite. 

The property is part of a converted victorian school in London. The client bought it as a contemporary space but wanted a more modern rustic feel. 

Key for us making this work was swapping the ground floor lounge with windowless basement kitchen. 

All walls and floors were stripped back and removed and we created all the floor plans and project managed the build with the building contractor. Managing the entire build budget and all finishes and fixtures. 

We enjoyed the creativity for all the bespoke design elements and the trust our client had in us choosing all the fixtures, finishes and furniture.

Staircase

The original 1930s 2 storey, 3 bed home was demolished to create a contemporary home. Scope was to create a 3 storey 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, with cinema room and a large open living space overlooking the garden and pool. The clients asked us to rework the floor and lighting plans and collaborate with the Building Contractor. They wanted a limited palette of colours with ample storage being a main factor. We managed the internal fixtures, fittings and finishing budget.

A five bedroom family home in Hove. Designing the bespoke walnut and marble feature wall, choosing the colour palette, selecting and purchasing the furniture, fittings and accessories. Sourcing materials and the trades team, project managing end to end. 

Kitchen

This was originally a 1930s chalet bungalow that was mostly demolished and rebuilt. The client's wanted the front reimagined taking notes from New Hampton style with a nod to Brighton Montpelier style curved glazed lead canopy. The ground floor had tall ceilings but they wanted that reflected in the first floor so had vaulted ceilings up to 4m tall.

Home staging an empty apartment which was going on the market. The budget was small and timeline was tight. The key focus was to achieve the most impact by creating a minimalist and clean aesthetic, allowing viewers to see the potential of the property.
