Ideally involved from the architectural drawings stage, we work alongside architects and contractors to help shape layouts, interior architecture, lighting, materials, finishes and bespoke details as one cohesive scheme.
Early involvement allows us to consider how the home will look, feel and function before key decisions are fixed, ensuring the interiors and architecture are developed together around the way you live.
STYLE TO SELL
A considered styling service designed to prepare your property for sale and help it make the best possible first impression.
Rather than hiring an entire home’s worth of furniture, we work with as much of your existing furniture and accessories as possible, editing, rearranging and restyling what is already there to showcase your home at its best.
Where needed, we introduce carefully selected new pieces, artwork, lighting and accessories to create a more cohesive and inviting interior for photography and viewings. This approach keeps the property feeling authentic and lived-in, rather than staged, while focusing investment where it will have the greatest impact.
Any new pieces purchased belong to you, giving you the option to take them with you to your next home or include them in the sale if appropriate.
